Welcome to Edith Garland Architecture, an enthusiastic, design-led practice based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Since 2019 we've put our clients' design experience at the heart of everything we do. We're people-facing by nature: we invite clients into the office for design meetings, sketch ideas together around the table and bounce thoughts back and forth until the design feels right. Most of our work is residential, from extensions and loft conversions to new homes, and we bring the same care to our commercial projects. Whatever the brief, we design buildings that work for the people who use them.
We're a design-led architecture practice in Leigh-on-Sea, designing extensions, loft conversions, new homes and commercial projects since 2019, for clients nationwide, from Greater London to Newcastle.
We take your project from the first sketch through planning and Building Regulations, and keep you in the loop the whole way.
