Our clients at Vicarage Hill wanted to add a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. We designed a second floor extension around their wishes, with a stand-out feature space between the existing and new stairs and windows framing views across the Thames Estuary. Planning permission was granted by Castle Point Council, and the extension was built and completed in 2022.
